Dear Honoured Dutchess Trisalene,

It is with great pain, that I tender my resignation as Captain and Horsman of the SAS.

I am a wolf of sherwood.

For many months, I have served Somerset faithfully and honestly. I have tried to bridge the gap between our neighbours and forge a alliance to benifit all our people. I have endevoured to improve the SAS and protection of Somerset. I have even fought against reavers and wolves in the past. Why? because I believe in their ideals, not all of their actions. I am now condemd, untrusted, and discarded, friendships lost and betrayed...all because i believe in something.

I knew what my actions would bring, but the pain, i will admit, i did not prepare for. I wish the SAS and Somerset the best of luck and good tidings. I will continue to serve my county and people as best I can, condemed or not.

Long live Somerset.
Alexion De Stryke

Marslynn walks in after Lord_stryke had left from resigning.

She looks at the soldier's standing there in disbelief of what had just happened.
And she starts to speak to them,

My dear soldier's of Somerset,
I realize this comes as quite a shock to you and might I say a painful one at that!
I know that some of you feel angry and betrayed, while other's of you feel just plain udder shock and heartbroken.

I will however tell you this..I do not believe that he would have hurt Somerset in any way!

I think we can all learn a good lesson from this,

You simply can not straddle the fence without getting off on one side or the other. The side you choose is totally up to each and every one of you!
Just remember that in choosing....you can not take both sides.
It must be one or the other....And the choices you make will undoubtedly have an effect on those that trust and care about you!
And will most definitely have a sound effect on your path in the future.

I will not stand here and say that I know what he was thinking ...that would be a lie.
But I do know that he cared very deeply for Somerset, and what ever his reasons were for joining the wolves....I am sure that he did not mean to hurt any of you in any way.

However it is good that he has come out and told us the truth.
As you all know..We simply can not allow a wolf to be our captain and lead us!

That being said....If any of you need me for anything.....Please don't hesitate to write me or catch me in the tavern...or just pop up on my msn anytime.
